Melanie Schranz

Her research interests include self-organizing networks and the development of swarm intelligence algorithms for CPS using the perspective of bottom-up modeling. In addition to leading the overall project, typically she is responsible for engineering concepts of swarm-based coordination, agent-based simulation, and interfaces to network simulation. She manages both national and EU projects, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with strategic objectives in the field of engineering swarms for CPSs. Her role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and fostering innovation through collaborative efforts.
