Michael Ferdman

Mike Ferdman is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Stony Brook University. Ferdman has a track record of publication in top computer architecture conferences, primarily in the fields of understanding and improving the performance and efficiency of server workloads. His work received an ASPLOS best-paper award, was selected for presentation at an HPCA best student papers session, and was three times selected by IEEE Micro as the top papers in computer architecture conferences. He holds a BS in Computer Science, and BS, MS, and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
