You’ve got plans to found a technology company – or maybe you’ve already launched one and are seeking funding. You have the ideas, the grit and the determination to succeed; what you need is the environment, funding and support to help your company take off.
This is your chance to learn the secrets of a thriving innovation ecosystem. You’ll dive straight in at Europe’s leading startup hub (per the Financial Times) – Unternehmer TUM in Munich, where you’ll have a guided tour of Munich Urban Colab. Next stops are the creative district Werksviertel and another leading startup hub, Werk1, for an up-close look at the role of innovation districts and founder support. The afternoon will continue with a session at Start2 – Europe’s second leading startup hub – exploring why your startup needs an ecosystem, and how to build it. You’ll end the day with Start2 Connect Night, where you’ll join luminaries of the Munich ecosystem (venture capital firms, investors, founders, and other key players) for a relaxed exchange over dinner.
On day two, you’ll have the chance to mull over all the inspiration from day 1 in a dedicated session focused on founding ideas, mobilization, the European ecosystem – or other topics that you, as a future founder, have been wrestling with.
Participation is free of charge. Places are limited and applications will be reviewed individually. Once all the applications are in, the places will be allocated and you will be informed as to whether you have a place.
