Autonomous, scalablE, tRustworthy, intelligent European meta Operating System for the IoT edge-cloud continuum

The implementation, innovation and growth of edge-to-cloud and edge computing have highlighted the need for better infrastructure to support these technologies. The EU-funded aerOS project aims to address this need by developing a common meta operating system based on a collaborative IoT-edge-cloud architecture. This system will allow for flexible launches of applications and innovations that utilise technologies such as AI, machine learning, and big data analytics while providing these technologies with numerous benefits. Specifically, aerOS aims to facilitate the creation of a more efficient and sustainable digital infrastructure that will support the continued growth of edge-to-cloud and edge computing.
