The HiPEAC network of excellence represents about 1000 researchers in computing systems in Europe. It wants (i) to steer and to increase the European research in computing systems; (ii) to improve the quality of the European computing systems research, and (iii) to create a visible and integrated panEuropean community in computing systems.
