Philips Semiconductors

Philips Semiconductors was a Dutch semiconductor manufacturer and a major division of Philips, headquartered in Eindhoven, Netherlands. It ceased to exist in 2006 when it was spun off and rebranded as NXP Semiconductors following its acquisition by a private equity consortium.
