Dear all, You have signed up for the cluster meeting on the HiPEAC2 compiler platform on Thursday Jan 31, 15:30-17:00, and/or you are a member of the hipeac-gcc mailing list. I'm very glad to see a strong and diverse group of people have registered. As an animator of this cluster, I'd like to open the collaborative work to all topics relevant to HiPEAC that will benefit for mutualization of efforts on a joint compiler platform. Conversely, I believe many of us have the ambition to contribute back some of our research results, and to use this platform as a vehicle for productization of our prototypes. GCC has been selected as the vehicle of choice, for all compilation purposes where it is relevant. Please log in to http://www.hipeac.net follow "HiPEAC2 research clusters" (left block of links), and subscribe to the "Compiler Platform Group". You'll have access to all documents of the cluster and be automatically added to the cluster mailing list (complementary to the hipeac-gcc list for now). If you do not have an HiPEAC account and wish to participate to the web interaction fun, you can register on the main HiPEAC page. I'm currently uploading relevant emails and documents for the kickoff meeting in Göteborg, as well as a "working document" of action and research points. I believe you automatically get the right to update these documents upon subscription. The group is currently unmoderated. Please subscribe shortly as we may switch to moderated mode to avoid wiki vandalism, and don't hesitate to contribute! See you soon, Albert Cohen
