ICISTM is a forum for presentation of new research results and
demonstration of new<br>
systems and techniques in the broad field of information systems,
information<br>
technology, information management, and their applications. The
conference aims to<br>
bring together researchers, developers, and users from around the world
in both industry<br>
and academia for sharing state-of-art results, for exploring new areas of
research and<br>
development, and to discuss emerging issues facing business organizations
in the<br>
knowledge economy.<br>
The First International Conference on Information Systems Technology
and<br>
Management- ICISTM was a two-day conference held in March 2007 in New
Delhi. The<br>
conference attracted over 120 participants from six countries. There were
two keynote<br>
speakers from USA, a workshop on technology leadership and technical
sessions in three<br>
concurrent tracks. The Second ICISTM was a three-day conference held in
March 2008<br>
in Dubai. The second conference attracted over 130 papers from 40
countries. There were<br>
three keynote speakers from USA and were four tutorials from USA and
India. The<br>
technical sessions were in two concurrent tracks. Both the conferences
were organized<br>
jointly by Institute of Management Technology, India and University of
Florida, USA.<br>
Riding on the success of the first two conferences, the 3rd ICISTM will
be a two-day<br>
conference in NCR Delhi. ICISTM-09 will, in addition to contributed
papers, include<br>
keynote presentations, special session, tutorials, workshops and panel
discussion<br><br>

Proceedings will be published by Springer Publications. All delegates who

<b>Manuscript Guidelines</b>: Manuscripts should be formatted as
technical papers up to 10<br>
pages that describe research and/or case studies or best practices in
various areas of<br>
information systems, information technology and information management,
and their<br>
applications. Manuscripts must be PDF files <font color="#5A5A5A">with
</font>12-point font size, single column,<br>
single spaced or higher, and margins of at least 1 inch on each of the
four sides<font color="#5A5A5A">.<br>

rejected and<br>
