Add/Ranking a PhD internship (only for companies)

If you are a member of a HiPEAC industry, you can add a 'phd internship' on this page click here by completing the form:

• Regulars fields like title, description, time, location, ...
• Each internship will be linked to a 'call'. Just select the most recent call from the list. A new call can be started by checking the checkbox.
• An input type can be choosen with which the description and the timing will be formatted (choose between PlainText, HTML or WikiText).

After submitting, your new internship will be added to the overview. On the bottom of each internship page, you can go back to the overview or see the list of students that have applied. Each PhD student can add some comment to his application, which will be readable in the list. You (and other people of your institution) can accept or reject the application and add some comment yourself by clicking on the edit-link.

Ranking the applicants can be done by going to your internship page and then to the list of applications ('Click -here- for a list of all applications for this PhD.'). By entering numbers next to the names, you can put your favourite applicant on top of the list. 0 = unranked/unwanted, 1 = favourite, 2 = second, etc...

For most users, the overview will also show the students that allready applied. PhD students can't see the other applications.
