Description

We would like to explore novel ways to understand the performance of complex modern multicore architectures. This includes working on performance tools that use the wealth of performance data available on the hardware, OS, and application levels, and help identify performance bottlenecks and better exploit the architecture. The purpose of this internship is to work on modeling scarce resource usage and its impact on application performance as part of performance tools.
