4th meeting (January 2009, Cyprus): replaced with the RAPIDO workshop

The RAPIDO workshop on fast simulation and modeling was co-organized with the EDA cluster by Smail Niar. The cluster meeting for both the EDA and Simulation clusters were replaced by the RAPIDO workshop during the January HiPEAC Systems Week.
