Timing

Minimum 3 months - From April to October

Description

Baseband processing (modulation/demodulation, filtering, timing recovery) is an important part of today's wireless communications stacks. With the symbol rate going higher and higher (up to several Giga per second), the challenge for digital implementation is increasing, knowing that the clock of the processing will not rise above few hundreds of MHz. The aim of the internship is to study, analyse and define a (parallel) digital implementation of part of a baseband processing for systems where the system clock is far lower than the bitrate.
