Kick-Off Meeting

The kick-off meeting was held in Goteborg, Sweden on January 31st, 2008, and a little more than 40 persons attended this meeting.
The introduction included an overview of the effort conducted in HiPEAC1, the UNISIM environment, a critical analysis of that effort, and suggestions for the new orientations in HiPEAC2.
Then, several attendees wished to present their own effort in simulation/modeling. The full list of presentations is indicated below:

The next cluster meeting will be a key one as we will really start brainstorming, and hopefully agreeing on the general orientations of the cluster for the next 4 years. In the meantime, an email discussion will be started.
