First Call for Funding
We'd like to start allocating funds to you as soon as possible. So, we've decided, to get the ball rolling, we're going to have the first round of funding allocated by the end of February. You just need to form a collaboration with another member and follow the guidelines below. To help you, we've set up a page to discuss your research interests with other people. There's also the presentations from the kick-off meeting and details of people seeking collaborations.
- What we need from you:
- A proposal describing the work you want to do, the people who will be involved and the amount of money requested. We want this to be as easy for you as possible so want each proposal to fit in only half a page of A4.
- When by:
- Before the end of February. Just email myself (tjones1@inf.ed.ac.uk) or Mike (mob@inf.ed.ac.uk) with the proposal anytime from today (12 Feb) onwards.
And that's it! We'll allocate funds as soon as possible, with a hard deadline for ourselves of the 7th March. Obviously, if you have any questions, please feel free to email either of us at any time.
