The workshops and tutorial fee for delegates includes
- admission to workshops and tutorial sessions
- a copy of the proceedings for one workshop
- coffee breaks

The conference fee for delegates includes
- admission to the conference technical sessions
- a copy of the conference proceedings
- daily coffee and lunches
- welcome reception, banquet, excursion
There are student grants available for PhD students of HiPEAC members. You can apply for the grant on the registration form. After registration you will be notified whether or not your application has been approved.
The grant covers the total fee for the conference, tutorials and workshops.
Student grant application deadline is December 12.
On http://cyprusconferences.org/hipeac09/form_hipeac.htm you have to reserve your hotel to enjoy the HiPEAC price, there you can also register for accompanying persons and fill in your special dietary needs.
Please note that the fee for accompanying persons does not include admission to the sessions.
