Sponsors
To make sure that researchers and students can maximally benefit from this event, we have grants for students that do not have access to funds to attend the summer school. We hope to be able to collect money for about 50+ grants. Part of the required money will come from the HiPEAC network, but the more extra money we can find, the more students we can send, and the bigger the impact of the summer school for the research on advanced computer architecture and compilation in Europe.
Therefore, we would be very pleased if your company could consider sponsoring the summer school.
Possible ways to sponsor are (besides sending people to the summer school of course):
- Provide one or more grants for a PhD-student (990 euro per student, if you want you can specify the name/institution/country)
- Contribute to the poster session
- Contribute to the farewell dinner
- Contribute to the opening ceremony
- Donate a sum to the summer school budget ...
If your company sponsors at least 990 euro, your company will be mentioned as official sponsor of the summer school (on a special section of the web site, and during the opening ceremony).
If your company contributes at least 3x990 euro, in addition your company logo will be put at the bottom of every web page of the summer school.
If your company contributes at least 5x990 euro, in addition you are entitled to insert a document of at most 10 pages in the student welcome kit (e.g. an overview of open positions, a presentation of your company), or you can put a small booth at the Summer School.
